Shana- Hello everyone my name is Shana Lee Mena stage name is Adoreshana. I'm an upcoming model and here's a lil bit about myself.

Parent are from Dominican republic. I was born in Manhattan NY. raise in B-K my younger years and moved to the Bronx where i feel its my home.

Taz- Nice. What got you started on being a model?

Shana- What got me started on being a model was everyone complimenting me on my body and some of the features I have. that's when I said you know what let me give it a shot. Since I was 5 yrs old. I always wanted to be a face on a billboard. my mom of course was behind me all the way so i said why not? I joined barbizon modeling school to get some more tips after, did a few runway shows and print work. also signed on with one source talent where my first day interviewed I got my first job as a celeb gift escort at the 2008 z100 gift lounge. Shortly I resigned from one source because I felt it was a scam and was hearing to much negative feedback about them. Don't get me wrong they say in modeling you shouldn't have to pay for nothing but nothing in this world is free and in order to get great pictures, clothes, etc your going to have to come out your pocket. I definitely don't mind spending but I don't appreciate a company or someone trying to take advantage of my drive and determination for modeling. Trying to sell me dreams that will never come true. Theres alot of modeling scams out there so just be careful ladies and gents!

Taz- Ok ok. Now are u the average or above average female when it comes to how u look?

Shana- When it comes to how I look, I feel no one is perfect nor should anyone feel there better than the next because theres always going to be someone out there that looks better or worst then you. I love myself I love the way I look. I think I'm a good size 120lbs 5'5 brown eye girl. I do got the six pack popping lol. But uh, I appreciate all the good feedback I get from everyone in the business and just friends or supporters. Thank you.

Taz- OK ms six pack, what's your measurements

Shana- waist: 25, bust/cup: 34b, hips: 36, dress size 2, shoe size: 7

Taz- Lets see how many guys is quick to holla lol. What makes u stand out from the rest?

Shana- What makes me stand out from the rest is my features. My full lips, cant lie I got money offers just for a kiss on the cheek, my nice thick thighs, my light skin complexion and nice skin. Always humble love to laugh Not a stuck up model at all..."Girl humble ya self"

Taz- Word? money to get a kiss on the cheek INTERESTING lol.How many shows have u done or photo sessions have you went through so far?

Shana- Shows I have done a few. Ent. Vibes Rip The Runway which you can catch on ch.68 (bx net), Anthony Eastwick fashion shows, Harlem Ink Fashion show, etc...print work I try to do at least one every week. even if my pics are not edit I really don't mind because they get to see me for me. Not da extra needed cover ups or extra chest or butt they usually give peoples in there pics. done eye candy projects, lingerie, swimwear,denim,glamour, casual you name it. "I really don't think theres a limit on what you can do as long as you put your mind to it & most def. have the body for it".

Taz- What would u say to the younger audience that want to grow up and be models?

Shana- Most Importantly "BE CAREFUL" esp. as a female there are a lot of pervs & scams out there. 2nd Enjoy & Love what you do. If you don't enjoy it don't even start it. 3rd Listen and take advice from people you feel is just trying to help you but do what makes you feel comfortable. Last but not least "Always stay confident no matter who's around and bring personality you might not be the best looking person at the casting but your personality can blow someones mind"

Taz- How cute was that lol. good advise Shana. How do you feel about models that go over the line as far as nudity pix to be seen?

Shana- As far as over the line I don't consider it that. I'll say "to each is own" of course I wouldn't just pose for nudity just like that maybe if i was called in for playboy and getting payed alot why not? every playboy bunny is successful yet respected because there confident and there getting payed for what they love to do. But uh I rather not do nudity. the furthest I will go is Lingerie "A tease isn't dat bad"

Taz- HMMM very interesting. What jobs are you available for?

Shana- i don't like to limit myself so I'm available for anything. love to try new things and meet new people. Music videos, print, runway,host,etc

Taz- I'm gonna holla for some videos then lol. Now a lil more personal for the fellas that are DYING to know.. are you currently seeing anyone special?

Shana- Feellllazzzzzz lollll I am single but not ready to mingle. I'm into my modeling as well as my day job as an after school teacher. Had some relationships in the past where if I do go out with someone it cant just be anyone. Has to be someone about something in life, ready for a ride because I'm definitely one. Great personality, outgoing smart and smell good. I do date tho. theres nothing wrong with that right?

Taz- Besides modeling is there any other talent you might have?

Shana- Yes I have always been into fashion. I'm coming up with my own fashion line for the ladies that will include, shoes, bags, and shirts. so look out for that. also love poetry, sports such as volleyball, softball..very into painting as well. on my spare time I like to do nails & hair. you can basically say I can do it all =)

Taz- First thanks for allowing me to be the first person to post a blog about you, but tell everybody who you are and what you do.


Siria Alvarez- And thank you for being the first to give me a blog interview. Well my name is Siria Alvarez, Bronx-bred Hispanic fashion model and writer.

Taz- Your very welcome. How old are you and how long have u been destroying the runway?

Siria Alvarez- I'm going on 20 years old and I've been looking into modeling since I was 15. I didn't start making serious moves until I was 17 though. So its been three years now.

Taz- That's whats up, youngin' on the grind lol. What's the best rush u had so far modeling?

Siria Alvarez- I have a rush of adrenaline most times that I do shows. I'm actually some what of a shy person but when I get out on a runway it's like no other experience. I black out and destroy that runway, haha. The biggest rush of course is always the first show. My best though, would probably have to be a show I did for NYFC (New York Fashion Connect) because there were a lot of important people and celebrities in the crowd so I was excited to do my thing for them.

Taz- Lol. really? I hear that Siria! killing them is what u do i see. Now, how do u feel about the models who take modeling to a new level such as nudity??

Siria Alvarez- Nudity can be an art as long as its tasteful and discrete, I believe. As a runway model sometimes you'll have to wear an outfit that shows the curve of your breasts or a dress that's see-through. Compared to a magazine spread where a woman has a photo with her legs wide open, that's just a different form of modeling I'm not interested in pursuing, haha.

Taz- Answer was well said. Do you work out or diet just to stay at a certain size?

Siria Alvarez- Some people hate me for this but I don't do either, haha. I don't work out and I don't eat small portions of food to maintain my figure. My body is just the way it is. I guess I have fast metabolism. But I do try every now and then to eat healthy, (a salad or some sushi) but for my health not my weight or figure.


Taz- WOW... shout out to the naturally slim built ladies out there!. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Siria Alvarez- During my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends, go to the beach or movies or to random events like art shows and concerts. I also like to write, my other passion besides fashion. I try to maintain a blog I have called Vanityville.


Taz- Pretty cool even tho I dont get invited to the movies lol. Is there a boyfriend in your life or is it strictly business moves?

Siria Alvarez- There's no boyfriend! Haha. Upon pursuing the modeling and other potential careers, I haven't had a serious relationship. Some people get held back in their pursuits when they get too serious. That doesn't mean I don't talk to a guy sometimes but I try not to get caught up.

During this time he was close to dropping out of high school. He had let his grades slip horribly and stop caring about everything. That next day he spoke with his guidance counselor and told him that he knows what will drive him to get out of high school. tazmulamoney: First off, I wanna thank you Fast Money for taking a portion of your day to answer a few questions.

Fa$t Money: You already know Taz Money good looks !

tazmulamoney: Now, what's up with the name Fa$t Money.. How did you get that?

Fa$t Money: I was going through name changes in high school. My name went from H2O to Lifetime to Fast, at that time I rapped fast. Money came from what I wanted at that time Money. Now the name all together Fa$t Money gotta different meaning though because I see it as that's what I was around with my dad and stepfather and I saw what that does and what happens and plus I need Fa$t Money !!

tazmulamoney: Ok ok I can feel that. I know you on a personal level but tell people about yourself as an artist that you want them to know.

Fa$t Money: I think that from me, your going to get that variety. I want to be respected for my lyrics and the fact I'm able to get out real details. Being real is key in everything and from here on out that's what I wanna get across ima real versatile artist.

tazmulamoney: Yeah respect is a big thing with being an artist. A lot of rappers make up things in their lyrics and appearance. How do you feel about that?

Fa$t Money: lol, dudes is crazy that make up things. I made up stuff in my earlier years of rapping. I think being yourself and spitting about what you the artist is going through and has been through is what's most important.

tazmulamoney: Lol. Word?. At least you made the change. I met you through Kennie Dubb a few years back, you was doing the music thing b4 I started myself. How did you get into rapping

Fa$t Money: It started as a hobby with my brother. He's younger than me though but I started writing down bars after listening to Shyne first album. I wanted to try it out. To make a long story short, I fast forward to high school and I never dropped that habit I filled books that year and never stopped because it feels good to write almost like sex, I swear.

tazmulamoney: Lol. I hear you homie. Who are your influences?

Fa$t Money: 2pac, Kurupt, Fabolous, Jay-Z, Joe Budden, Nas, Lil Wayne. That's in no order of who I feel is better than who. B.I.G is def an influence but I don't wanna name too many.

tazmulamoney: Ok good choices. Umm what makes you different from other rappers trying to reach the game. What do you say about the current stage of the Hip Hop game right now

Fa$t Money: I think they don't have the aura of appeal. Lyrics are extra important but that appeal has to be there also and just from my life experiences I think I would be able to appeal to more audiences while at the same time delivering my message.

Fa$t Money: The game right now is lacking actual songs. As of right now all I'm hearing is mixtapes but there needs to be songs out. I wanna hear more rappers collab and sick beats and lyrics and different flows. 106th and park is even lacking and I feel that's because of Hip-Hop isn't strong like it should be, egos is crazy.

tazmulamoney: Yea you are on point about that Fast Money. The game is losing rappers and its all about the R&B world even Pop!. As of now are you working on any special projects mixtape or album?

Fa$t Money: "The Domino Effect" mixtape, I'm working on a few things not just the mixtape. But, as of right now concern is Fast Money but "The Domino Effect" is coming ...

Me and Bigface been friends for years. In my eyes he has definately grown as an artist when it comes to creativity and catchy hits. As of now Bigface is working on a mixtape titled "Grind For 09" I got a little preview for it and yes...he has hits. After about a year of working on music, Kennie Dubb is back with some new heat. Dubb has been workin to increase his flow, lyrics and swag on his music. Now he is back with a mixtape titled "Mind Just Goes" hosted by me... Taz Mula Money. The mixtape will have about 12-16 hot tracks with crazy features on it. As of right now, I of course got a preview of what he has record so far and trust when I say this, "It's Serious"... Sincere Designs

One of the illest graphic designers I know comes from Maryland and her name is Kamara aka "Sincere". I been checking out her work for about 3 months and was blown away by it. I got in contact with Sincere and not only is her graphic design on point, but she is also a very cool and humble person to speak with. We discussed business and she hooked me up with a layout and it came out crazy for my myspace music page. All I will say is you need something done like, layouts, mixtape covers, web design, business cards etc... she is def the person to work with! By the way she is also nice in the bars..yes she raps ya'll and she also dances! check out the links below to see for urself
